Tamala Jones Partners with Luxury Hat Maker Canada-Bliss

Canadian based luxury hat and accessories company Canada-Bliss (www.canada-bliss.com) announced its partnership with actress Tamala Jones to develop the signature line Tamala By Canada-Bliss with proceed to benefit Brain Aneurysm awareness, and plans to secure U.S. distribution. Jones, who stars on the hit drama "Castle" on ABC first met Canada-Bliss owner and chief designer Karen Viloria-Miguel at a Golden Globes gifting suite. Immediately the two bonded over--oddly enough--brain illness.


Megachurch Murder to Premiere February 7

"Megachurch Murder tells the story of Hannah's (Shanica Knowles) life going off the rails after her father Hamilton Spears (Malcolm-Jamal Warner) passes away in a cycling accident. The only thing keeping Hannah's life together is her new boyfriend Oliver (Romeo Miller). Hannah soon finds evidence pointing to a church conspiracy and threats towards her father, determined to prove that Hamilton's death was in fact murder. As she gets closer to the truth, she realizes her own mother Martha (Tamala Jones) and her boyfriend's father Clay' - Michael Beach) may be involved in the death of her father."

A survivor and spokesperson for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation, Jones stopped by (on The Real) to announce the celebrity story reading and toy distribution series Jingle Holiday Drive, affectionately known as "Jingle All The Way", to raise awareness of brain aneurysms and brain related illnesses in children and young adults.

Last night, fashion designer Liz Luque unveiled the looks in her Fancy Swimwear Spring 2015 collection. The backdrop for the event was a rooftop pool, which set a glamorous yet intimate atmosphere. The fashion show was set to benefit Relay for Life and American Cancer Society. As a two-time cancer survivor, Luque was surrounded by close friends and supporters for the cause.

The guests were all smiles as everyone gushed about Luque and the cause. Many guests and volunteers also had personal experiences with cancer.

According to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation, an estimated 6 million people in the United States live with an unruptured brain aneurysm, which is a bulging, weak area on the artery wall that supplies blood to the brain. In addition, approximately 8 out of 100,000 people have a brain aneurysm that ruptures each year, causing bleeding in the brain.
